Kaley

I am Dr. Chance’s right hand and I absolutely love what I do, especially because of the amazing team I work with. Switching from orthodontics to pediatric dentistry was a great move for me, thanks to Amy who introduced me to Dr. Chance’s office. Working with kids is incredibly rewarding because each day is filled with unique personalities. Whether they’re being goofy, shy, or a bit scared at first, it’s truly heartwarming to see them relax and open up once they realize we’re here to make their dental visits fun and comfortable.

Position: Office Manager

Amy

I now assist Dr. Chance directly and support Kaley as the assistant manager at the front desk. Previously, I worked as a dental assistant directly with patients, an experience I cherish and still occasionally get to revisit. My transition to pediatric dentistry has been incredibly fulfilling because I adore working with children. They bring such joy with their stories and unique personalities. Whether they’re sharing tales about anything and everything or just being themselves, interacting with kids is always full of surprises and laughter.

My passion for pediatric dentistry stems from a lifelong love of working with children, including those with special needs or learning disabilities. From nannying to raising my own child, I’ve always found immense joy in nurturing and supporting children of all backgrounds. It’s a privilege to be part of their journey toward healthy smiles and positive dental experiences.

Position: Assistant Office Manager

Ivone

I find great joy in helping children who come in feeling scared, perhaps due to previous negative dental experiences. It’s incredibly rewarding to see them become comfortable in our office and leave with a positive experience.

My experience working with children spans two years, during which I’ve grown passionate about pediatric dentistry.

I initially got into this field through an internship at this office while attending school, and I quickly discovered how much I enjoy it. The positive atmosphere here, where everyone gets along and it’s always upbeat, makes coming to work a pleasure.

Position: Dental Assistant

Ana

I find pediatric dentistry incredibly rewarding because I get to witness children grow while enjoying light-hearted conversations about movies—they’re just so funny!
Having previously worked with adults, I wanted to explore working with kids, and I’ve found it to be a wonderful fit. Their humor and energy bring so much joy to my workday, especially when I’m interacting with babies.
I’ve been in pediatric dentistry for a year now, and it’s been a fantastic experience.

Position: Dental Assistant

Gio

Providing children with a memorable Disney-like experience at Oaks Point is truly rewarding. Initially, they might feel a bit shy, but they always leave with a big smile, filled with confidence. That’s what makes it all worthwhile.

My journey into pediatrics was driven by a passion for expanding my knowledge—not just in adult dentistry, but in understanding the critical importance of children’s health.

I have been dedicated to pediatrics for a year now and look forward to many more.
